Hi friends, we will be stepping away and fully offline from May 16, 2026 to June 7, 2026 for a honeymoon!

We’ve put together a simple guide below so you know exactly what to expect. We’re always grateful to be in community with you, and appreciate the space to reset before diving back in.

Timeline: May 16 - June 7 | hi raya! will be fully offline during this time with no access to email or calls.

Point of Contact: As a small two-person team, we will not have active coverage during this period. All inquiries will be addressed after June 8.

Active Work: All current projects and communications will be paused during this time unless otherwise noted prior to departure.

Orders & Fulfillment: Orders placed during this period will be processed before May 16 or after June 8. Please plan accordingly for inventory needs.

New Ideas & Collaborations: We kindly ask partners to hold on new requests, collaborations, or changes until we return to ensure alignment.

Communication: Please direct all messages via email ([email protected]). Responses will resume after June 8.

Return Plan: Normal operations will resume immediately upon return. All outstanding messages and requests will be addressed within 1-2 business days after June 8.
